Financial planning and wealth management for professionals, executives and families navigating retirement & complex financial decisions.
We bring together financial planning, investment management, and tax-aware decision-making in one coordinated strategy. From retirement income and equity compensation to wealth transfer and major financial decisions, we help you understand how the pieces fit together and make informed decisions about your wealth.
We look at the full picture, including your goals, cash flow, investments, taxes, and major financial decisions. We help you evaluate your options, understand the trade-offs, and decide how to move forward with your long-term priorities in mind.
We help you determine when you can retire, how much you can comfortably spend, and how to turn your wealth into sustainable income. We consider Social Security, taxes, investments, healthcare, and the life you want to live.
Your investment strategy should reflect your goals, time horizon, risk tolerance, tax situation, and need for future income. We focus on diversification, investment costs, tax efficiency, and a long-term approach.
We identify opportunities to improve the after-tax outcome of your financial decisions, including Roth conversions, investment gains, charitable giving, and retirement withdrawals. We coordinate with your tax professional when appropriate to help align financial and tax planning decisions.
We help organize your wealth around the people and causes that matter to you, from beneficiary and inheritance decisions to charitable giving and wealth transfer. When needed, we coordinate with your estate planning attorney.
We help you evaluate equity compensation, employee benefits, business ownership, real estate purchases, debt, and other major financial decisions in the context of your broader financial picture.
The RetireWell Process™
A structured planning process designed to help you understand:
A structured financial plan to guide retirement decisions.
Ongoing portfolio management aligned with your financial plan.
Assets are held at Charles Schwab, Inc.
We follow a structured, process designed to bring clarity, reduce uncertainty, and support confident financial decisions at every stage.
Our primary advisory relationship combines investment management with ongoing financial planning and advice. We help you make coordinated decisions about retirement income, taxes, Social Security, equity compensation, cash flow, and other major financial priorities, with your investments managed as part of that plan.
Our work continues beyond the initial plan, with investment management, implementation, and advice as your financial circumstances change.
Most relationships are 1.00% annually
Your rate depends on the assets we manage and the complexity of your situation. Larger households often pay less, and households with $5 million or more in assets pay 0.50%.
You pay us directly. We earn no commissions.
We don't sell insurance or investment products.
We act as fiduciaries, putting your interests first when providing investment advice.
For households with substantial assets who want a comprehensive financial plan without an ongoing advisory relationship, we occasionally take on a limited number of planning engagements. There is currently a waitlist, and new planning engagements are expected to begin in mid to late January 2027.
A one-time plan is a snapshot of your situation at one point in time and does not include implementation or ongoing updates. If you want us to do that work for you on an ongoing basis, you can become an ongoing client at any time.
Most one-time planning fees are $5,000
Your fee depends on the scope and complexity of your situation.
To be considered, email [email protected] with a brief description of your situation and what you're looking for. If we're not the right fit, we'll point you to the right place.
Your specific advisory fee will be explained before you decide whether to move forward.
