Independent wealth management for retirees, pre-retirees, and high-income professionals
Independent wealth management for retirees, pre-retirees, and high-income professionals
I spent years working inside some of the country's largest financial institutions and saw firsthand how financial advice could become driven by products, sales goals, and corporate priorities rather than what was best for you. I believed you deserved advice centered on your life and goals, without sales incentives or corporate priorities getting in the way.
That's why I started Inclinevest Wealth Management almost a decade ago as an independent, fee-only fiduciary firm.
I was raised in Brooklyn, New York, and started my career in financial services in 2004. Over the past two decades, I've worked across wealth planning, financial advising, leadership, and management at several Fortune 500 financial institutions, including GE Capital, UBS Financial Services, U.S. Bank, Bank of America, and BBVA (now PNC Bank).
At UBS, I served as the Regional Wealth Planning Analyst covering Colorado, where I completed hundreds of financial and investment plans for high net worth and ultra high net worth households. At U.S. Bank and BBVA, I led teams, managed financial advisors, and oversaw client relationships. That experience gave me a perspective that extends beyond investments alone, from detailed financial planning to the broader decisions involved in managing significant wealth.
I'm a Certified Financial Planner® professional and an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™. I founded Inclinevest Wealth Management as an independent, fee-only fiduciary firm to provide financial planning and wealth management for individuals and families who want experienced, independent advice as they build, manage, and transition their wealth.
I don't sell insurance products, earn commissions, or receive compensation from investment companies or other third parties. My advice is independent and centered on your financial circumstances, objectives, and the decisions that matter to you.
I earned bachelor's and master's degrees in Business Administration, including graduate studies at the College for Financial Planning in Denver.

Many of the clients we work with have been successful professionally but still feel uncertain about their financial future. Some have worked with advisors before and still lack clear answers:

Our clients are typically high-income professionals or business owners who are approaching retirement or already retired. They want a structured, long-term relationship and value clarity, objectivity, and data-driven decisions. Gabe leads planning and investment management, and Sunisa leads tax coordination and client service. You get both perspectives on every plan.
Before founding Inclinevest Gabriel Motta worked within large financial institutions serving high-net-worth clients.
I held leadership roles at BBVA and U.S. Bank and later worked as a Wealth Planning Analyst at UBS in Colorado, where I built comprehensive financial and investment plans for complex households.
That experience gave me a clear understanding of two things: what high-quality financial planning should look like in practice, and where it often falls short in traditional advisory environments.

These affiliations reflect a commitment to fiduciary standards, ongoing education, and acting in the best interest of clients.
My clients are typically:
They value clarity, objectivity, and having a trusted advisor to help navigate complex financial decisions over time.
My focus is on building long-term relationships where I can stay engaged and help guide decisions as life evolves.
If that sounds like you, we will likely work well together.
Clients who work with me typically gain:
Outside of financial planning, I spend time with my wife traveling, exploring new places, and staying active outdoors.
I enjoy road trips, international travel, and time on the trails here in Colorado.
I also have a strong interest in history and tend to gravitate toward nonfiction and autobiographies. I stay engaged through podcasts and perspectives beyond the financial industry.
I’ve been interested in financial markets for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I spent time stock trading, often making mistakes along the way. That early curiosity shaped how I think about investing today and reinforced the importance of discipline, patience, and long-term thinking.
I continue to stay active in the industry through conferences and planning groups, helping me bring a well-informed perspective to the clients I work with.
The first conversation is straightforward and pressure-free.
I’ll learn about your situation, your goals, and what you’re trying to accomplish. From there, I’ll give you a clear answer on whether I can help.
If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so and point you in the right direction.
