Sunisa Motta | Thai CFP® Professional & Enrolled Agent | Inclinevest

Gabriel Motta, CFP®, MBA, AWMA®

I started my career in financial services in 2004 at GE Capital in New York City. Since then, I’ve spent more than two decades in leadership and advisory roles at Fortune 500 financial institutions, including UBS Financial Services, U.S. Bank, Bank of America, and BBVA (now PNC Bank). As a Wealth Planning Analyst at UBS, I completed hundreds of financial and investment plans for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. At U.S. Bank and BBVA, I led teams, managed financial advisors, and oversaw client relationships.

I’m a Certified Financial Planner® professional and an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor®. I founded Inclinevest almost a decade ago to provide fee-only financial planning and wealth management for successful professionals preparing for retirement and the next chapter of life, helping clients reduce taxes, create reliable retirement income, manage investments, and make confident decisions with the wealth they’ve built.

As a fiduciary, I work exclusively for my clients. I don’t sell insurance products, earn commissions, or receive compensation from investment companies or other third parties, so my advice remains independent and objective.

I completed the CFP® certification program at Northwestern University, and completed the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® program at the College for Financial Planning in Denver. I’ve fulfilled the CFP Board’s rigorous education, exam, experience, and ethics requirements, with tax efficiency as a core consideration in my planning approach. I’m a continuous learner who believes there’s always room for personal and professional development.

I’m a member of NAPFA, the Fee-Only Network, and XY Planning Network, organizations that require advisors to act as fee-only fiduciaries.

If you’re trying to figure out your next step, let’s talk.

Sunisa Motta, CFP® and EA

Sunisa is the Operations Manager at Inclinevest, where she oversees client service coordination and the tax and administrative work behind every financial plan. Her attention to detail and command of the technical side of planning make her a critical part of how Inclinevest delivers a seamless client experience.

Sunisa is an Enrolled Agent (EA), a credential granted directly by the IRS after passing a rigorous three-part exam covering individual taxation, business taxation, and representation before the IRS. Enrolled Agents are one of only three types of tax professionals authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS, alongside CPAs and attorneys, a distinction that reflects deep technical fluency in the tax code.

She has also earned CFP® certification, widely regarded as the gold standard in financial planning. This achievement required completing rigorous coursework in financial planning, retirement, tax, estate, and investment strategy at the College for Financial Planning in Denver, passing the comprehensive CFP® exam, and meeting the CFP Board’s experience and ethics requirements, the same standard held by many of the country’s top advisors serving high-net-worth families.

She brings several years of professional tax preparation experience in Parker, Colorado, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business.

Let’s See If This Is a Good Fit

The first conversation is straightforward and pressure-free.

I want to understand your situation, your goals, and what you are trying to accomplish. From there, I’ll give you a clear answer on whether I can help.

If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so and point you in the right direction.

I work best with clients who value a long-term relationship with an advisor who can guide them through every stage of their financial life.

No obligation. Just a conversation.
