Financial Advice in English and Spanish

Advice for the Financial Decisions That Come With Building Wealth

Building a successful business or career can create substantial wealth. Managing that wealth often brings a different set of questions about investments, taxes, retirement, family priorities, and what comes next.

Inclinevest helps bring those decisions together in a coordinated financial plan. We work with business owners and other affluent households, including people who want to discuss their financial lives in Spanish.

01 / BUSINESS OWNERS

Business Sale and Liquidity Planning

Selling a company can change your financial picture overnight. We help you evaluate how the proceeds fit into your broader wealth plan, investment strategy, retirement goals, and future spending.

02 / WEALTH MANAGEMENT

Investments, Retirement and Taxes

Coordinate your portfolio, retirement income, tax-aware investment decisions, and other financial priorities instead of treating each decision in isolation.

03 / FAMILY WEALTH

Inheritance and Wealth Transfer

Plan for inherited assets, family wealth, and the financial decisions that come with transferring assets to the next generation, working alongside your tax and legal professionals.

For Latino Business Owners

You Built the Business. What Comes Next?

For many business owners, a large share of their wealth is tied to the company they have spent years building. A sale, partial exit, succession plan, or major distribution can raise questions that are difficult to answer one at a time.

Financial planning can help you understand how a business transition may affect your personal finances and what decisions deserve attention before and after a transaction.

Our role is to help you evaluate the financial picture, develop an investment and planning strategy, and coordinate with the professionals who advise you on tax, legal, and business matters.

Planning Areas We Can Address

  • Preparing your personal finances for a business sale
  • Evaluating how sale proceeds may support long-term goals
  • Developing an investment strategy for newly liquid wealth
  • Planning for retirement income and future spending
  • Coordinating investment decisions with tax considerations
  • Reviewing inheritance, gifting, and wealth-transfer goals

Tax and legal matters are coordinated with your CPA, tax professional, and attorney. Inclinevest does not provide legal services or replace your tax preparer.

How We Are Different

Independent, Fee-Only Fiduciary Wealth Management

The way a financial advisor is paid matters. It helps explain what services the advisor provides and whether compensation may be tied to selling particular financial products.

Inclinevest is an independent, fee-only registered investment advisory firm. We are compensated by clients for financial planning and investment advisory services, rather than earning commissions from selling investment or insurance products.

When providing advisory services, we act as fiduciaries. That means we have a duty to act in our clients' best interests within the scope of the advisory relationship and to address conflicts of interest as required.

Read more about how fee-only financial advice works and what fiduciary responsibility means.

What Fee-Only Means at Inclinevest

  • We are paid directly by clients for our advisory services.
  • We do not earn commissions for selling insurance, annuities, mutual funds, or other financial products.
  • We do not receive compensation from investment companies or other third parties for product sales.
  • Our recommendations are not restricted to a proprietary lineup of investment products.

What Fiduciary Means

A fiduciary has legal duties in the advisory relationship, including acting in the client's best interests and addressing relevant conflicts. Fee-only compensation and fiduciary status are important considerations when evaluating an advisor, but they do not eliminate every possible conflict or guarantee investment results.

About Gabriel Motta

Experience in Wealth Planning and Financial Advice

I began my career in financial services in 2004 and have worked in wealth planning, financial advising, leadership, and management at large financial institutions, including GE Capital, UBS Financial Services, U.S. Bank, Bank of America, and BBVA, now PNC Bank.

At UBS, I served as the Regional Wealth Planning Analyst covering Colorado, where I completed hundreds of financial and investment plans for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth households. At U.S. Bank and BBVA, I led teams, managed financial advisors, and oversaw client relationships.

That background informs my work today: looking beyond a portfolio to consider how investments, retirement, taxes, and major financial decisions fit together.

I hold the CFP® certification, an MBA, and the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ designation.

Can a financial advisor help after I sell my business?

Tax and legal outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and should be reviewed with the appropriate professionals.

What should a business owner consider before selling a company?

Important questions may include how a sale affects personal cash flow, retirement goals, investment concentration, taxes, estate planning, and the timing of major financial decisions. Your CPA, attorney, transaction advisors, and financial advisor can each contribute to different parts of the process.

What is a fee-only financial advisor?

A fee-only advisor is compensated by clients for advisory services rather than receiving commissions for selling financial products. Inclinevest does not earn commissions from investment or insurance product sales. You can read more on our fee-only financial advice page.
